Warbank tabs sometimes not showing up until reload #687

Describe the bug

When interacting with a bank (Banker, Jeeves, Distance Inhibitor) the Warbank tabs don't always appear.

I turned off BetterBags for a few days to see if it was just a warbank problem, but I don't think it is, as it didn't happen a single time with the addon disabled. There's no accompanying lua error, the tabs just aren't there.

Steps to reproduce

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any pattern to this that I can detect. I do some crafting, I go to deposit whatever reagents I have left over, and the warbank (sometimes) doesn't appear until reload. I'm sorry - that's the best I can do! I do have all the tabs purchased, but I can't for the life of me remember if this was happening before I'd bought them all. Maybe it wasn't?

Further information : This only applies to banker NPCs and Jeeves, in spite of my first report. The "warband bank distance inhibitor" (because it's uniquely just for the warbank, I presume) still works without needing a /reload, even when the others break.
