Move from CiderCS3398/KitchenHelper to CiderCS3398/CS3398-Cider-S2017.

Successfully moved Android KitchenHelper source code to new repository location. Currently in develop branch though we should migrate it to Master since it's working, clean code.

Meant to move to done instead of closed.

Note that CiderCS3398/KitchenHelper repository was also removed so as to eliminate confusion. The only commits to that repository were by myself so no work was lost.
