Implement an "Add New Recipe" feature to the Kitchen Helper application #59

After creating the test (which will fail the first time per expectations of Test-Driven Development), implement the Add New Recipe function. A user should be able to enter multiple strings and specify which string corresponds to which type of ingredient (for database synchronization).

I'm overloaded with work and likely won't be able to finish this task. I've moved it to the release backlog.
