All of the weapons I changed should still be a little bit more accurate than in gmod TTT.

I didn't change the scout since it would need to be more accurate when scoped. The IsScoped variable is only changed on the client right now, and I don't feel like figuring out how to network it in a non-janky way.

Let's playtest with this, I think this is reasonable. I should do a look over the damage values again as well...
