Remove `Strings` #293

If some strings are automatically handled by properties and functions, then we really don't need some of the strings that were in there.

Added DamageTags, which are needed. Maybe they will be redundant down the line.

Yeah this actually does seem good. I only hope that, with the way s&box networking is sometimes, there won't be issues where we've gone from using client values to [Net] attributes on the pawn.
