Fix Weapon BuildInputNRE #320

This works but doesn't actually fix the problem. It may be a harmless NRE as the fix doesn't seem to cause any issue. It would be ideal to fix the actual problem instead of this, but it may be a sbox thing.

We are going to get rid of this build input code when I refactor the recoil, merging for now.
