Plays only a few seconds LG TV #19

Trying streaming on an official plex client for LG Tv. And every channel shows only some seconds of video, than stops, switching to the next channel. Looks like it just loads this seconds, thinking it is a full video.

By the way, old Plex MCenter shows the stream right.

What can be the reason?

This doesn't say much, I need a full model number, like 32LF5600 or at least the year it was manufactured. Also as mentioned in read me file logs would be nice too.

The model is 39la620v (I really do not know the other guy in comment). Didn't find any logs on Debian about plugin (in syslog etc.)

I've heard LA series TV do not have Plex on them by default, did You install it from the App store or was it included? Too bad I can not test it, so the log file is the only think that might give me a clue, and according to google on Debian logs are located at /var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Logs/PMS Plugin Logs/

А strange thing. I tried to collect some logs playing some channels. One of them works correctly (did not skip) but with crazy freezings. The other one played quick but stops after seconds - like I wrote initially. Looks like the slow one just has time to upload more content, so it continued playing. UPD: the freezing one now is not freezing, but shows stable! Others are still broken. UPD2: and now it has broken too.

By the way, answers:

  1. It is an official Plex client from app store, which became free. :)

No service found for URL and No matching services found for errors are usually shown when client is unable to transcode the stream, that would explain why Plex Media Center plays them with no issues, however what bothers me is that You say the streams actually play for a few seconds and then terminate, is this correct? Do You get to see a few frames of it or just black screen with video seeker going for a few seconds and then switching to another channel?

On another hand I should be able to install Plex app from LG App Store alongside the included Media Link app and test it myself, but Fallout 4 just came out yesterday, and I no longer use Plex or my TVs Smart functionality (I switched to Kodi on a HTPC) it might take a while, sorry for that.

With the new Fallout it would be a long road I guess. :) By the way. Stream plays correctly (showing video with sound for a 30 second clip. It looks like it loads that clip, starts to play from 20th second, moves on to the end than skips to the next channel (like it is really were a clip, not a stream). But the part which played is played fine.

I have the same problem. Using both Dreambox and IPTV Channels nothing will play on the official LG App.

Everything streams fine on Roku, PMP, Samsung Orca App etc.
