hide the una fields for scheduling #244

Encourage a self-planner to mark himself as busy. Hide the fields to another planner. If the latter changes the Scheduling#employee (making himself a self planner), the saved value is not shown, but the default.

No one should know that an Employee marks hiimself as available to other companies.
