Add vagrant-orchestrate to the list of required plugins #20

The user running vagrant orchestrate init will have to install the vagrant-orchestrate plugin manually, but other users that pull down the repo shouldn't have to remember that step. Add vagrant-orchestrate to the list of required plugins in the Vagrantfile.erb template.
