Vagrant 1.8.4 compatibility #9

Attempt to address #8.

Remove dependency spec for winrm-fs. Bump version to 1.0.1.

I have been unable to test because vagrant 1.8.4 refuses to install local gem (works in 1.8.1). Is there any other way to install non-published plugin?

Trying to get my vagrant-managed-servers plugin working again with latest vagrant 1.8.5, but currently fails due to this version conflict: https://travis-ci.org/tknerr/vagrant-managed-servers/builds/159985064

@maclennann @potashj Do you have the permissions to merge and release?

I suggest merging this PR and releasing 1.0.1 to resolve the confusion of vagrant installing a non-latest version of this plugin. See also comment in #8.
