Short & long version of flags #68

As of now, there are "short" flags (--SA, --sC) and "long" flags (--help, --debug): ideally, all flags would have a long and a short version.

Also, the list at https://github.com/CinRC/IRDC-CCSK#command-arguments-flags should be sorted alphabetically.
