Because you are using version 4.2.0 of the Xceed.Wpf.Toolkit there could be an issue with the licence. See this issue where the maintainer does not deny the issue: xceedsoftware/wpftoolkit#1598

Thanks for bringing to it to my attention. Hard to believe it.

Started looking replace it. Hope to find something and replace asap.
