Hardburn subtitles preset-based override and settings (follows PR #77) #71

This PR was re-based on to the XML-based preset PR (https://github.com/CineEncoder/cine-encoder/pull/77). It seems to work for all of my cases so far and I think it's therefore ready for merging.
