[FEATURE] Merge the checklist, system, and score message clients into a single message control #260

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The three message clients here should all be rolled into 1 as they have similar constructs and talk to the same data.

MSG checklist moving to MSG system

the scoring has to stay put for now as it has a separate DB.
