[FEATURE] Add ability to remove Nessus Scan from a System/ATO #267

Once a Nessus scan is attached to an ATO in the OpenRMF v1.72 product, there currently isn't a way to remove it. It can be overwritten and replaced, but not removed.

If the wrong Nessus scan is accidentally uploaded and attached to a System - there is simply no current way to remove it short of deleting the entire System/ATO and rebuilding it. Thanks OpenRMF .

Also when you Edit a system package and load the file, it closed the modal and updates the system package info around the nessus patch scan file automatically.
