[BUG] The upgrade checklist does not work on all newer template files #279

Describe the bug Tauni Wells had an issue in Slack where certain types of checklists like the AD domain, firewall, and VMWare vSphere were not showing "upgrade available".

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. have one of the older checklists filled out and in your system package
  2. Go to the checklist once you load newer templates
  3. See the specific errors listed in the XLSX are not shown to have upgrades

Expected behavior All upgrades are found and easily done.

We have seen this with the type of checklist for MS Windows or Windows or Microsoft Windows titles changing for no reason. Just because someone changed it at the point of creation. So need to research if there are anomalies with that.

If so will also check on the OpenRMF Professional side for the same issue or see if it was fixed by the team on that side already and not replicated.

The issue is the title match and how we do it. We need to clean up the titles so they match better.

The other 4 are not the title issue so still researching why.

The others were not in 1.7.x of OpenRMF OSS as that version went up to January 2022 only.

It still does not work on the VPN one above. Need to see why.
