Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Update Keycloak to v15.0.0

Describe the solution you'd like Update the container and the standalone-ha.xml file for version 15.0.

Describe alternatives you've considered n/a

Additional context Staying at 15.0.0 until they fix an issue where FIPS breaks any higher version.
