[BUG] Newer SCC SCAP results have "SCAP Benchmark" in the type when searching for checklist #301

Describe the bug The newer SCC tool v5.7 has "SCAP Benchmark" in the title when trying to match benchmark to checklist type for DISA. And it fails. Need to make the search better to match SCAP XML to checklist templates.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Scan a box using SCC 5.7
  2. Get the SCAP XML results
  3. Load them and for some (newer ones it seems) the title has SCAP Benchmark in it, around line 6 in the XML
  4. The result does not match and the data does not load a new/updated checklist

Expected behavior The SCAP type matches the DISA checklist directly.

And the NIWC Enhanced manual xxxx type stuff as well we do not need to match on
