[BUG] Auto template comparison not working 100% for REL 8 #314

Describe the bug REL 8 v1 r9 went to v1 r10 and it did not say "you need a new checklist upgrade"

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Have a REL 8 checklist with v1 Release 9
  2. Load up OpenRMF Professional with the latest release of REL 8
  3. It does not show it needs it or does not work

Expected behavior Click the button, upgrade the checklist

Additional context Has to do with the release being a "string" versus a number
