[BUG] When moving from a VULN with Severity Override to one without, the Severity Override DDL does not refresh #323

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a VULN record on a checklist with Severity Override set
  2. Click on the VULN with Severity Override
  3. The Dropdown shows the proper override
  4. Click on a VULN without Severity Override set
  5. The Dropdown stays put

Expected behavior The dropdown clears to "Choose One" with value of ""
