From the end of installer of windows release buildCipherShed-Setup-0.7.4.0.exe, there is prompt to go to beginner tutorial https://www.ciphershed.org/applink?version=0.7.4.0&os=win6.2-x64&dest=beginnerstutorial

result: page with "Oops! That page can’t be found."

Yeah, that's a known issue. We need to make web pages for this.
