  1. Transfer Repository to Organization

Navigate to Repository: Log in to GitHub and navigate to the repository you want to transfer. Navigate to Settings: Click the "Settings" tab for the repository. Transfer Repository: Scroll down to the "Danger Zone" section at the bottom of the page. Click "Transfer". Follow the instructions to transfer the repository to your organization. You will need to select the organization and confirm the transfer.

  1. Manage Collaborators in Organization

Once the repository is transferred, you will be able to manage collaborators' permissions:

Navigate to Repository in Organization: Navigate to the repository in your organization. Manage Access: Click "Settings" for the repository. In the sidebar menu, click "Manage access". Click "Invite teams or people". Search for the members you want to promote to Admin. Select their role as Admin.
