Set up Continuous Integration on github with:

automation of tests on each push checking the operation of the code
blocking of pushes if the commit does not respect the chart -> View the commit-msg file and delete it once the action is implemented

Once the admin role is given, put in Setting: block the merge if the branch has a red result with CI

test the Notebook Run in the CI --> jupyter nbconvert --> make test-notebook --> make format
