Merge histories from multiple browsers #8

Currently when multiple browsers are installed, only one will be used to extract its history (and not necessarily the most frequently used one).

Instead, the app should fetch histories from all browsers (and all identities in all browsers) and merge them all in a single database.

Implemented before already but much improved in v0.4.0 (multiple profiles and more browsers supported).
