Fix usage of dev-orb-version parameter #38

@lokst, I see what you're talking about. It makes me think trigger-integration-tests-workflow was actually using the default dev:alpha version all along, and was therefore broken. I see where that command passes in the default pipeline-param-map, but this config never actually used its dev-orb-version.

It used to be the case that this did not work which was the reason for the current design. I am fairly confident this now works. I will test this shortly and respond asap. If this works now this is a great addition :+1:

@KyleTryon I tried it out on my own orbs' workflow, and it seems to work correctly. :-)
