Update AWS CLI version to 2.0
Change contexts to use new orbs-publisher
Change contexts to use new AWS account for testing
Add missing workflows to examples
Clean up unnecessary config comments

thanks! what's the breaking change to expect as a consumer of the orb? I can't find a changelog or releases pointing out what we have to watch out for when updating 😅
