[chore]: update images to current #73

Circleci started to brownouts linux images that aws-sam-serverless-orb using. (affected yesterday 😭, I couldn't use my circleci jobs with aws-sam-serverless-orb ) So have to change images version for making stable. Can you review this PR? @brivu @KyleTryon

Sorry to say we are both no longer a part of the organization. I (personally) recommend reaching out to support.

I found v6.0.0 fixed this problem thanks!
