Updated the following technologies:

• gradle 7.6 -> 8.0.1
• build tools 33.0.2 -> 34.0.0-rc1
• GCloud 417.0.1-0 -> GCloud 420.0.0-0
• added android-UpsideDownCake (android-34)

The change-java-version command in the android orb now needs to be updated for openjdk 17

This should also close #70

based on my latest comment in #70:

• java 11 is not included in order to keep the image size from getting larger
• java 17 replaces java 11 because of backwards compatibility while allowing newer features
• java 8 remains because of the breaking changes introduced in 9
