fix: update postgis 3.1.4 -> 3.2.2 #58

Update postgis version to 3.2.2 to resolve #57

Hi. Changes like this need to be made to Dockerfile.template and not directly to generated Dockerfiles. Would you be able to correct this?

Actually, I'm going to make a PR for this since we have to do releases today. I'm sure you'd rather just get the updated images faster rather than wait. Closing in favor of: https://github.com/CircleCI-Public/cimg-postgres/pull/62
