Describe the Feature Request Ruby 3.3.5 is released

There is a PR for this but the test/build is broken

This issue is urgent. We should update ruby version but we can't due to cimg did NOT update the image.

The branch from the PR built fine for me locally. Looking at the error, it looks like the tar at downloadURL had issues. Perhaps the tar wasn't available/accessible when the workflow ran before? I can access it directly just fine now and with my local version passing, I think a rerun might be all that is needed.

Is it possible to rerun the workflow to see if that resolves things?
