Publish v1.62.0. [release] #79

Rust v1.62.0 was released, but cimg/rust:1.62.0 isn't yet. Please review and merge this.

(I ran only ./shared/gen-dockerfiles.sh 1.62.0 in root.)

Hi @makotia - We are currently working on releasing monthly versions of the base image, which the Rust image will be built off of. The PR looks good, but we'll wait to merge this once the base image has been released as well.

It's been 15 days since Rust 1.62 was released. Please can support be added without waiting for the monthly new images? https://blog.rust-lang.org/2022/06/30/Rust-1.62.0.html

hey @edmorley you're right. we've been waiting on something that hasn't arrived as soon as we thought. i'll update it and recut a release once the base image has been updated.

Alternatively, it's possible to use the gen-dockerfiles.sh script to generate your own image as well.
