Refactored Check-Versions Script #54

Made check-versions a function in order to check across all cimg repos
ALIASES file will be needed in all cimg repos even without aliases like LTS to track current versions (will still need to account for older versions)

@felicianotech if we are talking about just node, then no; but i was trying to make it so it would be applicable to all our cimgs, which means it could probably use a little more additions

Technically only applicable to node - will look to include this elsewhere. Maybe the orb as part of tests
