Allow for empty `parentSlug` #59

Once #57 is merged, there are use cases where having a empty parent slug would be very useful. In that case, the slug would be nothing and the extra hyphen wouldn't be there either.

parentSlug is not currently being used at all. Do we still need this?

It is being used as part of the tag for a sibling image.
