Description

Fix macOS build for newer Go toolchain.

update Xcode version for build with Go 1.21 on macOS
remove usage of Zig for cross-compilation
- build macOS for arm64 on ARM machine executor
- build Linux for arm64 on ARM machine executor

Download binaries for macOS and Linux and check that they work.
