Add ubuntu 2024 images to be recognized by the language server as well as the most recent august releases.

The VS Code plugin is currently not working for me as the parser breaks for the missing image value. I fixed the jsonschema upstream so VS Code will recognize it, but i think it needs to be fixed here as well.

How to validate

Use a circleci config and add one of the values i added.

@loderunner Not sure what i need to do for the checks. It seems that there are some checks not running but i cannot make them run. Can you help or do you know any maintainer that can do it?

It seems you're unauthorized for the checks. I expect it's from the GitHub token not being available for outside contributors.

Your PR seems OK, I'll see how we can fix this authorization issue.
