Prevent `filename too long` errors when test names are beyond 255 characters #4

Hey,

Please consider limiting HTML escaped filenames to 255 characters long as Linux systems usually only supports that much characters

Thanks for your contribution. (After discussing with @appplemac merging the PR. But since the dependencies are very old we will need to revisit to cut a release for rubygems. For now please install directly from this repo to get this fix.)
