This new review job ensures you do not publish a major version change prior to updating the usage examples of the orb. This is only scoped to the major version, some users I imagine will want even more strict checks in place, I think we may want to address that with an additional test that could independently be enabled or disabled. Depending on feedback, I will leave that for a future change.
