Switch to official shellcheck image: https://hub.docker.com/r/koalaman/shellcheck
Switch to newer version (0.6.0) by default
Support custom executor (similar to Gradle example)
Add examples
Other yamllint / formatting tweaks

Let me know if you want this broken out differently.

I would like to submit a separate one to fix the behavior of directory excludes a bit, and to improve docs for that feature.
