WHMCS 6 with Dev License, Display issues #24

From customer: I'm starting with a clean install of WHMCS v6 and sandbox accounts for eNom and PayPal. First thing I noticed which may only affect WHMCS Dev Licenses is that the developer warning at the bottom of the page is broken by multiple boxes and most notably the import pricing pain. I assume if there are similar announcements they may also be affected. (Screenshots attached).

Fixed in beta by hiding the #whmcsdevbanner
