Toast fixes:

Footer overlapping toast
Close toast X" not working
Change link color
Change Etherscan to Blockscout text

The fixes are great, but it appears to be an inconvenient with toasts when the user is switching tabs. When the toast shows up, it does it in it's correct spot, but if the user attempts to interact with any tab from the UI, the toast changes its location and locates on the container of said tab.

It should be clearer on this following screenshot:
