Bug/#139 mint uses max flow instead of input

Description

This PR fixes the issue when user mints an amount it uses the maximum available amount instead of the input amount, it adds the following changes:

Fixes

• Request a new path with user input instead of using the initial path from pathfinder
• Convert input mint amount from Circles to TimeCircles before sending to mint
• Max Available Mint Amount is not converted to TimeCircles anymore
• Disable Mint Button when amount is zero
• Cancel fetching users when array is empty in Circles Garden API
• Use default Timestamp in CirclesConversor because it was showing different amounts in header and mint page for user tokens

Updates

• Circles conversor returns number instead of string
• Transform Circle numbers to string in useCirclesBalance hook
• Allows to pass amount for fetching the path from PathfinderApi
• Add a few extra custom methods to convert strings to bignumbers (toBN, fromBN, toNumber)

New Changes

Fixes an issue when the user have a path but still can not mint:

• the problem was we were using an specific user (the gnosis tx sender) to mint the tokens from the group but the group can only be minted by trusted users from the group (members).
  • now we are filtering the path from the pathfinder to find a member of the group, so we mint with that single allowed user
• Other issue, fixes issue when contract returns a string as a bignumber, it tried to parse without considering the decimals
