This PR adds the following changes:

Features:
- adds group token address in information and minting pages
- adds group address in manage group configuration page
Fixes:
- user can not go to configuration page of a group, when click in configuration* (the link button was not using the group address)

Information Page: group-address-info-in-page

Minting Page: group-address-info-in-minting-token

Configuration Page: group-token-address-in-group-config
