This PR fixes the bug that members are moved from lists (Members / Add members) despite the transaction failed. Now the action occurs only when the transaction was made.
How to test
Go to Manage group page and Add / or delete a member to / from a group you have created. The member should move from one list to another only when the transaction is approved.
