[BUG] Adding a member does not update the members count/list

Description

As an admin of a group after adding a member the members count tab does not update neither the members group list.

How to replicate

• go to manage groups
• add a member
• see members tab

How to test

This bug was fixed by #196 which was a complete refactor of the search, adding and removing features in the Manage Groups page, so it should be tested as a whole:

Search

As a group owner:

• Search in the members tab, should appear only matched members from that group
• Search in the add members tab, should appear only matched users and non members from the group
• Search in the members modal when you click the link below a group, should appear the group members of that group but the input should not appear anymore *(extra case not included in PR)

In both cases, the user can switch between groups using the selector and the filter should still apply

Remove Member

As a group owner:

• Select a member in the members tab, click remove button, accept tx, then the member should not appear in the list anymore and the total count of members should be reduced by 1

Add Member

As a group owner:

• Select an user in the add members tab, click add button, accept tx, then the user should not appear in the list anymore and the total count of members should be increased by 1, then go to the members tab and the new user should appear
