Mint and New Member Notification display group address instead of group name.

Description: When the user is added as a new member on a group or mints group tokens, the notifications displayed in the Notification List display the group address instead of the group name.

Steps to reproduce:

• Add Yourself to a Group
• Mint a token grom the group on previous step
• Click on Notifications icon on the top right corner of the page.

Actual Result: Last two notifications display group address instead of group name.

Expected Result: Notifications should display group name instead of group address.
