Description

This PR fixes the issue when searching by a user who is not a group member, the app shown that the user is a group member.

fixes user searched is not a group member
the serch text should match the full name or address

How to test

go to manage groups

see group members

search by an user who is a member but just put a partial name (eg: tomasbar)

if you put the entire name it should show the user is already a group member

should be the same by doing it with addresses
