remove access token for local/self-hosted deployments

• remove access token for self hosted and local deploys

I removed the param "--access-token" because is not needed everywhere and gives error when use it, that's why is defined just in deploy script. And check that in the "create" script is called "--deploy-key".

@JacqueGM I did the necessary changes for it to work for everything: local, hosted and our own graph.
