Clarify that you need 3 people already in the Circles network to trust your profile before you can create an account #23

Actual Behavior

It is not clear that you need 3 people who are already within the Circles network to trust your profile before you can create an account. The helper text on the create "get trust" page (circles.garden/validation) says:

To receive your basic income, Three people must trust your profile.

I saw dozens of people on Twitter asking the question, and I also invited a bunch of friends and colleagues to sign up and trust me so we could all start creating a community, and through trial and error, I realized I couldn’t start anything until I got 3 current users of Circle to trust me, which I did.

Expected behavior

Let's make it clear to potential users that they need 3 people who are already trusted in the Circles network to trust their profile. Update the helper text to:

To receive your basic income, Three people already trusted in the Circles system must trust your profile. See our FAQs if you have more questions.
