SW FAQ item added and all FAQ items are now linkable #44

This change enables all the FAQ items to be linked in addition to the added Shared Wallet information QA.

The way that this was implemented is by using query params instead of React local state.

So this means that by clicking this link below, for example, users can go directly to the SW info QA:
