Implement FAQ page with browser filter #5

This will be a page with content that will be added throughout time, with varying languages. Therefore it requires that we have a feasible architecture to add content as a non-dev, and in different languages... The content must also be filterable with an index corresponding to the content in currently selected language.

Currently it works with an html markup in json strings for each language.

Ideally in the future we'll automatically take it from an api/db.
